StartComfort Return and Refund Policy

1. Return
1.1. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at fastsupport@startcomfort.net with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
1.4. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
1.5. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipment. StartComfort is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
1.6. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
2.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
3.1. If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at fastsupport@startcomfort.net within 14 days of receiving the product.
3.2. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
